Reject Price Quotes

Use the Price Quote Approval submodule to reject price quotes.

To use the Price Quote Approval submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To reject a price quote:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Approval > Price Quote Approval.
3. Highlight the price quote that you want to reject.
4. On the grid toolbar, click Reject selected price quote .
5. In the Reject Price Quote dialog box, enter a rejection comment and click OK.
6. You can also reject price quotes in the Price submodule of Jobs.
