Reject Resources

Use the Resource Approval submodule to reject resources.

To use the Resource Approval submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To reject a resource:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Approval > Resource Approval.
3. On the grid toolbar, click 20 - Awaiting approval .
4. Highlight the resource that you want to reject and click Reject record(s) .
   Alternatively, click the corresponding Reject field.
5. In the Reject Resource dialog box, enter a rejection comment and click OK.
