Reject Task Approvals of User's Completions

Use the Task Approval of the User's Completion submodule to reject task approvals of user's completions.

To use the Task Approval of the User's Completion submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To reject a task approval of a user's completion:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Approval > Task Approval of the User's Completion.
3. Highlight the task approval of the user's completion that you want to reject.
4. On the grid toolbar, click Reject the selected entries .
   Alternatively, click the corresponding Reject completion field.
5. In the Reject dialog box, enter a reason for rejection and click OK.
