Remove Job Request Templates

Use the Contact New Job Request submodule to remove job request templates.

To use the Contact New Job Request submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To remove a job request template:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to remove a job request template.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Contact > Contact New Job Request.
4. Highlight the job request template that you want to remove and on the grid toolbar, click Remove Selected Template .
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook removes the job request template at once.
