Remove Lines with Zero Amounts from Price Quote Material Calculations

Use the Price or Materials submodule to remove lines with zero amounts from price quote material calculations of selected jobs.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To use the Materials submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To remove a line with zero amount from a price quote material calculation:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote material calculation line with zero amount that you want to remove.
3. Take one of the following actions:
   • On the side toolbar, click Price and click the Material Calculation tab.
   • On the side toolbar, click Materials.
4. Use the drop-down list to select the material calculation with the lines with zero amount that you want to remove.
5. Click Delete all lines with zero amounts .
6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
