Remove Pipeline Ratings

Use Pipeline Ratings in the CRM Setup submodule in the Settings module to remove pipeline ratings.

To use Pipeline Ratings in the CRM Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To remove a pipeline rating:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to remove a pipeline rating.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click CRM Setup > Pipeline Ratings.
  4. Highlight the pipeline rating that you want to remove, and on the grid toolbar, click Remove Selected Pipeline Rating .
  5. In the Remove Pipeline Rating dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the replacement value for the pipeline rating that you want to remove and click OK.
