Remove Required Resource Fields Approver Roles

Use the Required Resource Fields Approval submodule to remove required resource fields approver roles.

To use the Required Resource Fields Approval submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To remove a required resource fields approver role:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to remove a required resource fields approver role.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Approvals > Required Resource Fields Approval.
4. Click the Roles tab.
5. Highlight the required resource fields approver role that you want to remove and on the grid toolbar, click Remove Record .
6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
