Remove Task Progress Statuses

Use the Task Progress Status submodule to remove task progress statuses.

To use the Task Progress Status submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To remove a task progress status:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to remove a task progress status.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Projects & Jobs > Task Progress Status.
  4. Highlight the task progress status that you want to remove and on the grid toolbar, click Remove the selected status .
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook removes the task progress status at once.
