Remove Ticket Statuses

Use the Ticket Statuses submodule to remove ticket statuses.

To use the Ticket Statuses submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To remove a ticket status:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to remove a ticket status.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Statuses.
  4. Highlight the ticket status that you want to remove and on the grid toolbar, click Remove the selected status .
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook removes the ticket status at once.
