Remove Ticket Types

Use the Ticket Types submodule to remove ticket types.

To use the Ticket Types submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To remove a ticket type:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to remove a ticket type.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Types.
  4. Highlight the ticket type that you want to remove and on the grid toolbar, click Remove the selected type .
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook removes the ticket type at once.
