Remove Vacation Year Records

Use the Vacation Year tab under the Holidays and Absence submodule to remove vacation year records.

To use the Holidays and Absence submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To remove a vacation year record:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to remove a vacation year record.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Settings > Holidays and Absence.
  4. Click the Vacation Year tab.
  5. Highlight the vacation year record that you want to remove and click Remove item .
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook removes the vacation year record at once.
