Remove Warnings Older than One Week

Use the Conversation & Notification Setup submodule to remove warnings that are older than one week.

To use the Conversation & Notification Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To remove warnings that are older than one week:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to remove warnings that are older than one week.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Conversation & Notification Setup.
4. On the grid toolbar, click and select Remove Warnings Older than 1 Week.
