Rename Holiday Calendars

Use the Holiday Calendars tab under the Holidays and Absence submodule to rename selected holiday calendars.

To use the Holidays and Absence submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

Note: In WorkBook, holidays are based on the holiday calendar of the company to which you belong. On time sheets, public holidays are indicated by the icon, while vacations or paid time off taken by the employee are indicated by the icon.

To rename a selected holiday calendar:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the holiday calendar that you want to rename.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Settings > Holidays and Absence.
  4. Click the Holiday Calendars tab.
  5. Use the drop-down list to select the calendar that you want to rename and click Rename selected holiday calendar .
  6. In the Rename Holiday Calendar dialog box, enter a new name for the calendar and click OK.
