Rename Recurrence Bookings for Assigned Tasks

Use the Calendar View submodule to rename existing recurrence bookings for your assigned tasks.

To use the Calendar View submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To rename an existing recurrence booking for an assigned task:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click To-do > Calendar View.
  3. Take one of the following actions:
    • Hover over the assigned task for which you want to rename an existing recurrence booking and click Recurrence Booking .
    • Highlight the assigned task for which you want to rename an existing recurrence booking and on the grid toolbar, click Show task card .
    • On the WorkBook footer, use the Task no field to enter the applicable task number.
  4. In the task card, click the Recurrence Booking tab and use the drop-down list to select the recurrence booking that you want to rename.
  5. Click Rename selected .
  6. In the Rename dialog box, edit the existing name of the recurrent booking and click OK.
  7. Click Refresh to refresh WorkBook and see the new name of the recurrence booking.
    Note: You can click refresh even if the task card is open.
  8. Click Close .
