Save Comments in Invoices as a Template

Use the Invoice submodule to save comments in invoices of selected jobs as a template.

To use the Invoice submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To save an invoice comment as a template:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
  2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the invoice comment that you want to save as a template.
  3. On the side toolbar, click Invoice.
  4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the invoice with the comment that you want to save as a template.
    Alternatively, click Open Invoice List and in the Invoice List dialog box, highlight the invoice with the comment that you want to save as a template.
  5. Click the Comments tab.
  6. Highlight the comment that you want to save as a template and click Save selected comment as a template .
    WorkBook saves the comment as a template using the subject as the template name.
