Save Comments in Price Quotes as a Template

Use the Price submodule to save comments in price quotes of selected jobs as a template.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To save a price quote comment as a template:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote comment that you want to save as a template.
3. On the side toolbar, click Price.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the price quote with the comment that you want to save as a template.
   Alternatively, click Open price quote list and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the price quote with the comment that you want to save as a template.
5. Click the Comments tab.
6. Highlight the comment that you want to save as a template and click Save selected comment as a template .
7. In the Save Template dialog box, enter a name for the template and click OK.
