Save Price Quotes as a Template

Use the Price submodule to save price quotes as a template.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To save a price quote as a template:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote that you want to save as a template.
3. On the side toolbar, click Price.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the price quote that you want to save as a template.
   Alternatively, click Open price quote list and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the price quote that you want to save as a template.
5. Click and select Save current price quote as template.
   Alternatively, click the Header tab and click Save price quote template .
6. In the Save Price Quote as Template dialog box, enter the name that you want to use for the template and click OK.
