Search for Capacity Profile Exceptions using Effectivity Dates

Use the Exception Capacity Profiles submodule to search for capacity profile exceptions using effectivity dates.

To use the Exception Capacity Profiles submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for a capacity profile exception using effectivity dates:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the capacity profile exception that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Employee Settings > Exception Capacity Profiles.
4. On the grid toolbar, click on the date fields and select the effectivity dates associated with the capacity profile exception.
