Search for Company Variables

Use the Company Variables submodule to search for company variables.

To use the Company Variables submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for a company variable:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the company variable that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Settings > Company Variables.
4. At the top of the middle pane, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the company variable.
   Note: This field searches all company variables regardless of the selected variable category.
