Search for Eligible Users

Use the User Access Rights submodule to search for eligible users.

To use the User Access Rights submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for an eligible user:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the eligible user that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > User Access Rights.
4. Click the User Access Setup tab and use the drop-down list to select the access role with the eligible user that you are looking for.
5. In the Eligible Users pane, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the eligible user.
