Search for Notification Processes

Use the Conversation & Notification Setup submodule to search for notification processes.

To use the Conversation & Notification Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for a notification process:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the notification process that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Conversation & Notification Setup.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the Search grid field to enter a keyword associated with the notification process.
