Search for Price Quote Approvers

Use the Price submodule to search for approvers in price quotes of selected jobs.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for an approver in a price quote:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote approver that you are looking for.
3. On the side toolbar, click Price.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the price quote with the approver that you are looking for.
   Alternatively, click Open price quote list and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the price quote with the approver that you are looking for.
5. Click the Approval tab.
6. Use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the price quote approver.
