Search for System Variable Changelog Entries

Use the System Variables submodule to search for system variable changelog entries.

To use the System Variables submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for a system variable changelog entry:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the system variable changelog entry that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Global System Settings > System Variables.
4. In the middle pane, click on the category with the system variable changelog entry that you are looking for.
5. In the right pane, highlight the system variable with the changelog entry that you are looking for and click Show system variable changelog .
   WorkBook displays the system variable changelog at the bottom of the right pane.
6. On the toolbar of the bottom grid, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the changelog entry.
