Search for Ticket Service Lines

Use the Ticket Service Lines submodule to search for ticket service lines.

To use the Ticket Service Lines submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for a ticket service line:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the ticket service line that you are looking for.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Service Lines.
  4. On the grid toolbar, use the Search in grid field to enter a keyword associated with the ticket service line.
