Search for Ticket Statuses

Use the Ticket Statuses submodule to search for ticket statuses.

To use the Ticket Statuses submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for a ticket status:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the ticket status that you are looking for.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Statuses.
  4. On the grid toolbar, use the Search in grid field to enter a keyword associated with the ticket status.
