Search for Vacation Year Records

Use the Vacation Year tab under the Holidays and Absence submodule to search for vacation year records.

To use the Holidays and Absence submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for a vacation year record:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the vacation year record that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Settings > Holidays and Absence.
4. Click the Vacation Year tab and on the grid toolbar, use the Search grid field to enter a keyword associated with the vacation year record.
