Search for Vouchers in Finance Journal Records

Use the Finance Journal Approval submodule to search for vouchers in finance journal records.

To use the Finance Journal Approval submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for a voucher in a finance journal record:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Approval > Finance Journal Approval.
3. Highlight the finance journal record of the voucher that you are looking for.
4. On the toolbar of the bottom grid, use the Search grid field to enter a keyword associated with the finance journal voucher.
