Set a Task as Done

Use the tasks submodule to set tasks as Done.

To use the Tasks submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To set a task as done:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
  2. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Jobs List and highlight the job containing the task that you want to mark as Done.
  3. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Tasks.
  4. On the Tasks screen, click the Tasks tab.
  5. In the grid, highlight the task that you want to mark as Done.
  6. On the Tasks tab toolbar, click Set Task as Done .
    Alternatively, right-click the task that you want to mark and select Mark Task as Done from the shortcut menu.
  7. To undo the action, click Set Task as Todo on the Tasks tab toolbar.
