Settle a Purchase Order
Use the Purchase Order submodule in the Creditors module under Finance & Administration to settle purchase orders with a status of 40 (Approved) or 70 (Ordered).
To use the Purchase Orders submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.
To settle a purchase order:

		  On the main toolbar, click 
			 Finance & Administration 
			 
. 
		   
		 - Use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company that contains the purchase orders that you want to settle.
 - In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click .
 - In the top grid, select the purchase order that you want to settle. You can select multiple purchase orders.

		  On the grid header, click 
			 Settle Selected Purchase Orders 
			 
. 
		   
		 - When WorkBook asks if you want to settle the selected purchase order(s), click Yes.
