Setup Job Specific Price Lists

Use the Jobs List submodule to setup job specific price lists.

To use the Jobs List submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To setup a job specific price list:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
  2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List.
  3. Highlight the job that you want to setup a specific price list for.
  4. Click Further options and select Setup job specific price list.
  5. In the Create New Price List dialog box, use the drop-down lists to select the price list that you want to copy the setup of and the base currency.
  6. Click OK.
    WorkBook opens the Job Specific Price List dialog box where you can add new data to the price list that you just created or perform a mass update of price lists.
