You can share your dashboards with other WorkBook users.
To use Dashboards, you must have access to
Dashboards as defined in User Access Rights under
Settings.
To share a dashboard with another user:

On the main toolbar, click
Dashboard
.

On the Dashboard sidebar, right-click the dashboard that you want to share and select
Dashboard Settings.
Alternatively, click
Dashboard Options

and select
Dashboard Settings.

In the Dashboard Settings Dialog box, click the
Access tab.

In the
Add by Initials field, enter the initials of the user with whom you want to share the dashboard and click
Enter.
Alternatively, click
Further Options

and select
Add. In the Add Access Rights dialog box, specify the details and click
OK. For fields and options, see
Add Access Rights Dialog Box.
The dashboard then appears on the user's dashboard list.

To remove a user from the list, select the user, click
Further Options
from the tab toolbar, and select
Remove.
