Show Conversations about Expense Entries that are under Preparation in your Inbox

Use the Expense Entries under Preparation submodule to show conversations about expense entries that are under preparation in your inbox.

To use the Expense Entries under Preparation submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To show a conversation about an expense entry that is under preparation in your inbox:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Follow-up > Expense Entries under Preparation.
  3. Highlight the expense entry that is under preparation of the conversation that you want to show in your inbox and on the grid toolbar, click Details sidebar .
  4. On the side toolbar of the right pane, click Expense Conversation.
  5. Click Show the conversation options and select Show in inbox.
    Note: If you are in the conversation, you will have access to it in your inbox.
