Use the Personal Expense Approval submodule to show personal expense receipts. 
  
 
	  
		To use the Personal Expense Approval submodule, you must have access to 
		Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under 
		Settings. 
	 
 
	  
 
	  
		To show a personal expense receipt:

		  On the main toolbar, click 
			 Tasks

		  In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click 
			 .

		  Highlight the personal expense record whose receipts you want to show and on the grid toolbar, click 
			 Details sidebar

		  On the side toolbar of the right pane, click 
			 Details and click 
			 Show receipt 
			 
. 
		   
		  WorkBook opens the Receipt File dialog box where you can open the receipt archive, upload receipts, and delete receipts.

 to close the Receipt File dialog box.
