Show Posting Suggestions of Project Postings

Use the Project Posting submodule to show posting suggestions. You can use this function when you get errors trying to book project postings.

To use the Project Posting submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To show the posting suggestions for a project posting:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Follow-up > Project Posting.
3. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the grid toolbar to select the company of the project posting that you want to show posting suggestions for.
4. Highlight the project posting type of the project posting that you want to show posting suggestions for.
5. On the side toolbar of the bottom grid, click .
6. Click Show posting suggestions .
7. If you want to show the summary of the posting suggestions, on the side toolbar of the bottom grid, click .
8. Click Show posting suggestions summary .
   WorkBook summarizes the posting suggestions based on account number.
