Split Media Costs on Two Invoice Lines

Use the Invoice submodule to split media costs and identify the administration cost amount from the rest of the media cost.

To use the Invoice submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To split media costs on two invoice lines:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with media costs that you want to split on two invoice lines.
3. On the side toolbar, click Invoice.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the invoice wherein you want to split media costs on two lines.
   Alternatively, click Open Invoice List and in the Invoice List dialog box, highlight the invoice wherein you want to split media costs on two lines.
5. Click and select Split media costs on two invoice lines.
