Start Conversation with the Rejector

Use Rejected Entries to start a conversation with the rejector.

To use the Rejected Entries submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To start a conversation with the rejector:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. Use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company whose rejector you want to start a conversation with.
  3. In the Finance & Administrator left side panel, click Administrative Follow-up > Rejected entries.
  4. Highlight a record and click Start conversation with the rejector .
  5. In the comment field of the Conversation dialog box, do any of the following actions:
    • Enter your comment in the comment field.
    • Drag and drop a file to the comment field.
    Note: You also can record an audio message, add links to your comment, insert emoji icons, or add users to the conversation.
  6. Click Publish to send the comment or file.
    To send a comment or file privately, click Private.
