System Variable 1035: Restrict Purchase Order Creation

Use this System Variable to determine if a Purchase Order can be created without a Price Quote.

You can select one of the following options for this setting:

• No limitations: When this option is selected, WorkBook allows a user to create Purchase Orders without a Price Quote.
• Only if PQ exist and has lines: When this option is selected, WorkBook allows a user to create Purchase Orders only if there is a Price Quote with lines on the job.
• Only if PQ is approved: When this option is selected, WorkBook allows a user to create Purchase Orders only if there is an approved Price Quote on the job.

The default value for this System Variable is No limitations.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
