System Variable 1057: Simple View - by Age, "Schedule" Calculation Method

Use this System Variable to determine if the scheduled sales value should be calculated in the month of the task's end date or in the month of the actual bookings.

You can view the scheduled sales value by selecting Simple view - by age from the drop-down list on the Summary tab of Jobs > Costs.

You can select any of the following options for this setting:

• 0 - Task end date
• 1 - Actual bookings

The default value for this System Variable is 0 - Task end date.

Note: Actual bookings only include future bookings and hours that are "not booked" are not included.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
