System Variable 110: Allow Administrator to Reopen Job
Use this System Variable to determine if an administrator should be allowed to reopen jobs.

. If it is not enabled, the administrator will be prompted with the following error message:
You are not allowed to re-open a job (system variable).
It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
