Use System Variable 1139: Error Reporting to determine how error messages are handled by WorkBook.

While WorkBook goes through rigorous quality control, unexpected error does occasionally happen. When this happens, a System Issue pop-up window will be displayed with the following message:

  • 0 - Disabled
    • An error occurred.
    • The error message is followed by the technical error message from the system.
    • The final message Error reporting has been disabled. The system will restart.
Note: This should be reported to Customer Care by creating a case in the Support Center.

No action is made to reach out to users that experience the issue. To receive assistance with an error, submit a case to Customer care in the Support Center.

Tips for reporting an error:
  • Describe the steps prior to triggering the error
