System Variable 1187: Grant Access to New Company

Use this System Variable to determine if access to a new company should be granted to all WorkBook users.

This System Variable is enabled by default. When it is enabled, all users will have access to a newly created company. On the other hand, when it is disabled, access to a new company is limited to the user who created the company and the user listed as Company Responsible. Other users will not be able to search for or access job and F&A-related information.

Note: If a user is a System Administrator, they will have access to the Settings module and can make access changes.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
