System Variable 118: Disallow Access to Resource Cost, Net Profit & Net Margin When Related to Resources

Use this System Variable to determine which users should be allowed to view information related to resource cost, net profit, and net margin when related to resources.

You can select any of the following options for this setting:

• 0 - Full access to advanced and basic users
• 1 - Disallow access to resource cost from advanced and basic users
• 2 - Disallow access to resource cost from basic users
• 3 - Disallow access to resource cost, net profit & net margin from advanced and basic users
• 4 - Disallow access to resource cost, net profit & net margin from basic users

The default value for this System Variable is 3 - Disallow access to resource cost, net profit & net margin from advanced and basic users.

Note: This affects all the modules in WorkBook.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
