System Variable 131: Purchase Order - Headline Text Composition

Use this System Variable to determine how the headline for Purchase Orders should be created.

Using this System Variable you can indicate what information to include and the order that should be followed for the headlines of Purchase Orders. For example, you can indicate:

Job <JobNo> - <JobName>

You can select any and more than one of the following values for this setting:

• <JobNo>
• <JobName>
• <ProjectName>
• <JobDepartment>

The default value for this System Variable is Job <JobNo> - <JobName>.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
