System Variable 268: Allow User to Create Invoice Type Consolidated Invoice

Use this System Variable to specify whether users can create consolidated invoices.

A consolidated invoice allows you to invoice several jobs on one invoice, as opposed to requiring a separate invoice for each job. Consolidated invoices are useful if a customer requests to receive just one invoice.

When this System Variable is enabled, users can create consolidated invoices. You enable this System Variable by selecting its check box. Clear the check box to disable it.

This System Variable is enabled (selected) by default.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
