System Variable 437: Enable Duplicate Check on Prospect Addresses

Use this System Variable to determine if WorkBook should perform a duplicate check on prospect addresses.

If this System Variable is enabled, users are able to create a prospect with an address that is already associated with an existing prospect in the WorkBook system.

If this System Variable is disabled, when users try to create a prospect with an address that exists in WorkBook, a warning displays, and the prospect is not created.

Tip: To override this setting, you can select the Ignore duplicate control checkbox in the Create New Prospect dialog box.

You enable this setting by selecting its checkbox; disable this setting by clearing its checkbox.

This setting is disabled by default.
