System Variable 728: Time Entry Description: Enable Internal Description Field

Use this System Variable to specify whether an Internal Comment or Description field is enabled for time entries. The use of this field is optional.

The internal comments or descriptions controlled by this System Variable are displayed in the following reports:

• Report 68 – Time Expenditures
• Report 368 – Clients Job Cost Details

This System Variable is disabled by default.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
