System Variable 904: Only Include Tasks in Calendar Synchronization That Have a Specific Activity Type Set in WorkBook

Use this System Variable to enable users to specify the activity types that will be included when synchronizing tasks via calendar synchronization.

• If you specify an activity type in this System Variable, the calendar synchronization feature synchronizes tasks with that activity type and ignores all tasks that do not have that activity type.
• If you leave this System Variable blank, the calendar synchronization feature synchronizes all tasks regardless of their activity types.

For example, if you enter 100;104;105, the calendar synchronization feature synchronizes only those tasks with activity types 100, 104, and 105.

You can view the activity types in Settings > Price Lists & Activities > Activities.

This System Variable is blank by default.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
