System Variable 948: Raise a Notification When a New Client Is Created

Use this System Variable to set whether WorkBook should send a notification every time a client is created, as well as who is notified.

You can select any of the following options for this setting:

• 1 - No notification: When a client is created, workBook will not send any notification to anyone .
• 2 - Notify customer responsible: WorkBook will notify the employee Responsible that was defined for the new client.
• 3 - Notify customer responsible + company management: WorkBook will notify both the employee Responsible that was defined for the new client and the Company Responsible employee that was defined in the Company that the new client belongs in.

The default value for this setting is 2 - Notify customer responsible.
