System Variable 987: Resource Requests: Hide Tasks That Have Not Yet Been Approved From Basic Users on the Task List

Use this System Variable to hide unapproved tasks that were created via calendar synchronization from Basic Users, unless these tasks were approved as the result of a defined approval flow.

For example, if calendar synchronization created a task in WorkBook but that task is not yet approved, Basic Users cannot see that task on the Task List regardless of the filters that they are using.

Note: This System Variable has no effect if System Variable 754 is enabled.

Note: It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
