Create a ConceptShare Project

Use the Reviews menu on the Task Card to create a ConceptShare Project. The Project that you create is automatically linked to the task that you are on.

  • In WorkBook, you must be a System Administrator, an Advanced User, or a Basic User with access to new pages.

  • In ConceptShare, you must have an account with an Account Role that has the permission Configure Integrations with Third-Party Applications enabled (set to Yes).

This task assumes that you have the appropriate permissions to add Projects in ConceptShare.

To create a ConceptShare Project:

  1. Navigate to the Task Card > Reviews - ConceptShare .
  2. On the screen, click Create.
    WorkBook displays the option to create a Review.
    Note: The default Project name is the Task ID + Task Name separated by a dash. For example: 123456 - Marketing Collateral.
